They are more driven by envy, jealousy and greed. So most of the factories and hotels have been left to deterriorate. The same thing Rawlings led in 1980s to destroy the Appia Menkas, Siaws, R.T Briscoe etc, at a time Okudzeto Ablakwa was not born, is the same hammer he has decided to raise at this time. This has never made NDC govts attractive to international financial institutions.
